I have always been joyful, curious, and fascinated by the world around me. An observer & listener by nature, I remember spending hours in the garden as a child, with my wide brimmed hat and rosy cheeks, forming an attachment to the natural world. My perpetual awe of nature has continued into adulthood, spending as much time as I can growing flowers and food, cycling along the river, and immersing myself in water.
I went to the University of Saskatchewan where I received my Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in International Development, an interdisciplinary program with a focus on public health. This instilled in me a critical lens and an understanding that our health is intrinsically connected to the health of our environment. It was in this context that I chose to become a naturopathic doctor to contribute to a resilient and prevention-based health care system. I completed my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia. I am so honoured to be a licensed naturopathic doctor registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (SANP).
I have a general family practice with special focus in digestion, fertility and hormone imbalances (PMS, PCOS, peri menopause, menopause) as well as chronic fatigue and autoimmune conditions
